Q: What is the recommended installation procedure for this wet liner?

A: Clean the liner bore and block counterbore thoroughly. Apply a light coating of clean engine oil to the O-rings and the liner outer surface. Using a liner press tool, gently press the liner into place. Do not hammer. After installation, perform a protrusion check; the liner top should sit 0.01-0.05mm above the block deck surface for proper cylinder head gasket sealing.
